Hey—I’m Ike. Writer, ideas guy, occasionally a human jingle machine. I’m originally from sunny Perth, Western Australia, but moved to Chicago to chase a career in advertising- armed with one suitcase, two passports and three winter coats. I’ve spent the past few years working across the industry—from selling print ads at a our states largest newspaper, to managing ad space in church bulletins, to running display campaigns for Microsoft. Along the way, I’ve created published campaigns for renowned brands, and learned how to work with clients, media teams, and tight deadlines. Real clients, real results, and a growing instinct for what makes an idea click. What I love most is the thinking—the big, strange, funny, or sharp ideas that turn into something real. Slogans, radio scripts, rebrands, weird metaphors... I like making things that make people stop mid-scroll or mid-shower and go, “huh.” Outside of work, I write music, dabble in cartoons, and will always click on a good ad before I click 'skip.' I’m hungry to learn, easy to work with, and open to just about anything that sharpens my teeth.
